Sales & Marketing Department

Sales Advisors

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve sales target set by the Company.
  • To provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Car sales experience not critical but passion for cars an advantage.
  • Strong desire to learn and excel - a self-starter.
  • Prior experience from the hospitality industry where high standards are administered to respond to various customer needs and enquiries.
  • Possess your own transport.
Aftersales Department
Service

Admin. Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare daily and monthly aftersales KPI report.
  • To generate daily sublet order.
  • To update and file aftersales documents.
  • To process sublet order for submission to Finance Dept.
  • Admin support for Wearnes PDI.
  • To prepare aftersales staff’s accessories incentives, OT claim and petty cash reimbursement.
  • To carry out other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • STPM and above
  • Experience in automotive field will be an added advantage.

Workshop

Senior Technicians/ Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in conducting vehicle repair and service jobs at the Workshop.
  • Ensure quality repair and service jobs to meet customer's expectations.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Automotive or Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in automotive operation.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. On the job training will be provided to the right candidates.

Diagnostic Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out trouble shooting on vehicle at the Workshop.
  • To provide technical assistance and information to Technicians.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Automotive or Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Diagnostic Specialist in automotive operation.

Parts Department

Parts Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To assist superior to promote and sale spare parts to customer.
  • To ensure stock month supply not more than 1.2 month based on COS.
  • To ensure stock discrepancy not more than 0.1%.
  • To ensure the disposal of ageing parts for A2 not more than 1% and A3 not more than 0.5% base on Autoline stock ageing summary at original purchased value.
  • At least 95% availability based on Kerridge report.
  • To assist manager to process parts ordering and replenishing of stock.
  • To verify parts condition and quantity versus Delivery Order upon arrival of stock.
  • To perform monthly / quarterly parts stock-take inventory.
  • To monitor product shelf life and report to management.
  • To ensure and practice good housekeeping and safety of parts store at all time.
  • Customers follow up within one week.
  • To carry out other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur – Segambut.

Parts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Parts Executive to process parts ordering and replenishing of stock.
  • To perform monthly / quarterly parts stock-take inventory.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Automotive.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in automotive operation.

Customer Service Executive / Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and attend to customers' needs for servicing / repairing of vehicles.
  • Assist in the achievement of Company's service and customer satisfaction target.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the automotive industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, a team player, ability to multi - task and able to work independently.

Customer Relation Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To pleasantly greet walk-in customers and to direct them to the appropriate section - sales or services.
  • To answer incoming calls, record and distribute messages accordingly.
  • To ensure customer follow-up is completed on a timely basis.
  • To provide general administration duties and customer service support.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience from the hospitality industry where high standards are administered to respond to various customer needs and enquiries.
  • Have good telephone etiquette with excellent listening skills in handling telephone enquiries and feedback.
  • Computer literate to handle reports and to analyze customer database.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
  • Should be a team player who can work with minimum supervision and able to interact well with customer and team staff.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tebrau City, Johor Bahru.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.

Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Head - Aftersales for daily operation.
  • To monitor and assist Service Advisor daily operation process.
  • Ensure SCPs are being carried out at registration point.
  • To report daily on WIP car, pending car and workshop performance.
  • To assist in all customer enquiries.
  • To assist in handling customer complaint.
  • To act as communication window between Service Advisor, Technician and administration.
  • To ensure all warranty claims are passed on timely to the Warranty Officer.
  • To ensure pending invoices are being close on daily basis.
  • To conduct test drive with customer at the point of collecting the car in case of customer complaint to verify the complaint.
  • To monitor the process of diagnostic conference for up selling.
  • To ensure availability of parts for all appointment customers.
  • To carry out other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Automotive or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tebrau City, Johor Bahru.
